Delivery Options & Costs

At Ilikodomiki, our priority is always to provide the best possible service to our customers. We offer free delivery across Cyprus for all orders over €100 (exept for products on Discount). For orders under €100, the delivery cost is as follows:

Attention: For products that require lorry transport, delivery is available only in Limassol, and the cost depends on the order value and distance. Please contact our stores to arrange delivery.

Return/Exchange Policy for Purchases Made Through Our Website and Physical Stores

Right of Return/Deadline:

For purchases made through our website or in our physical stores by consumers as defined in the Consumer Protection Law of 2021 (Law 112(I)/2021) (hereinafter referred to as the “Law“), there is a right of withdrawal (product return) in accordance with the provisions of the Law. The right of withdrawal/return is valid for a strict period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the respective product/order.

Return Costs for Online Purchases:

Return costs are borne exclusively by the consumer unless an error has been made by our store. Returns within the specified 14-day period can be made free of charge at our physical stores during operating hours.

Return Procedure:

To exercise the right of withdrawal electronically by sending the products for return, the designated form (available at the link below) must be completed and sent to info@ilikodomiki.com.

To exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the products to one of our physical stores, the return must be accompanied by the purchase receipt/order invoice.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received, without any alterations or damage to its packaging, and accompanied by the payment receipt. If, upon inspection by our qualified personnel, the product is found not to meet the necessary conditions (e.g., packaging damage, usage, missing parts), the company reserves the right to refuse replacement and/or reject the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

(a) Customized products (e.g., items made to order with specific dimensions or other specifications requested by the consumer).
(b) Perishable goods or items with a short expiration date.

Product Replacement/Refund:

If the above conditions are met and the return is successfully processed, customers may choose either a replacement product from our collection or a refund issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping costs (for online store purchases) are non-refundable. If a replacement product is chosen, the shipping costs for the new item will be borne by the consumer (for online purchases). Customers may also opt to collect the replacement product from our physical store free of charge.
